By downloading or using Anesthesia OS (the "App"), provided by Anesthesia OS LLC, you agree to these terms.

1. Intended users and purpose

The App is an educational and clinical decision-support reference for licensed clinicians and trainees in anesthesia. It is not intended for patients or the general public.

2. Not medical advice

Medical disclaimer. Anesthesia OS is an educational and clinical decision-support reference for trained clinicians. It does not provide medical advice, does not replace clinical judgment, institutional protocols, or current literature, and is not a substitute for a full pre-anesthetic evaluation. Always verify information independently before making patient-care decisions.

3. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Content may be incomplete, out of date, or contain errors. We make no warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anesthesia OS LLC is not liable for any damages arising from use of, or reliance on, the App. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating clinician.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App, and do not enter patient-identifying information.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
